Crossroads United Church

On July 1, 2009 Crossroads United Church, a new congregation, resulting from the amalgamation of Royal Heights United Church and St. John's Strawberry Hill United Church, came into being. If you are trying to contact the minister of the former St. John's, Rev. Cari Copeman-Haynes, now minister of Crossroads, please use the following link to the Crossroads website and find our new phone number. The St. John's phone number is no longer in operation.

Join us on our new website at www.crossroads-united-church.ca.

Presbytery Approves Amalgamation

At the recent meeting of Fraser Presbytery during the BC Conference General Meeting, held in Langley on Friday, May 22, the presbytery unanimously approved all motions regarding the amalgamation of St. John's Strawberry Hill and Royal Heights United Churches. We now have the "blessing" of the wider church to continue with our plans and, starting July 1, 2009, to live into our new identity as Crossroads United Church. Thanks be to God!

Mama's Postcard

This little postcard is for your use when you make a donation to the Mama Orphans Children's Home in honour of a birthday or anniversary. You may 'click on the image' and print it out to give to the person or people who you will honour with this gift to Mama and the children.

Now that Mama's Foundation has received charitable status from the Canada Revenue Agency, we are able to forward donations from St. John's to the Foundation, and offer tax receipts for all monies donated.
